Human Design is about energy and how energy moves through our body.
Human Design is a unique and practical way of making decisions -
its creator doesn’t want you to believe in it; he wants you to try it out, to be the painting -
and you choose how the green reacts with the blue - through the lens of Human Design.
Why Human Design?
We have the ability to free ourselves from all the conditioning, all the “should’s” that have been embedded along the way.
We are told “Just be Yourself”. Then we begin being ourselves and get told it’s too much or not enough.
Human Design gives us a roadmap and permission to take back parts of ourselves that have been conditioned out and we get to bring them back in. What a gift!
Why Am I (Britt) So Into Human Design?
I discovered Human Design at a point in my life where I was burnt out, depressed, anxiety ridden,
I had been a professional photographer for over 20 years- however, a part of me died when my Father died- he was the one who introduced me to photography in the first place.
I needed a change and had no idea where to begin. Then I met Human Design and it just worked for me.
I felt seen. I felt heard. I felt, for once in my life, ok to be exactly me.
It helped me embrace things that our culture had taught me to discredit.
I found my way back to myself in a healing and supportive way.
